Shipping Policy.
Orders shipped from our UK warehouse have an ETA of 2-3 working days from order being placed (or funds being received depending on payment option chosen).
Stock levels shown on our website are made of both UK & EU warehouse inventory, orders will be shipped from our EU warehouse if there is no UK stock at the time of ordering. The majority of our stock is here in the UK, but we’ll always let you know via email if your order is coming from our EU warehouse. Orders shipped from our EU warehouse have an ETA of 5-7 working days.
Shipping costs £6.00 + VAT for mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Unfortunately, we do not ship orders outside of the UK. But we can ship to any UK address, where you’ll then be responsible for arranging shipping to the destination country.
Who is our courier?
We use DPD, DHL & ParcelForce for our shipments. You should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), a card will be left by the courier with a telephone number to call and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed. You can call the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers.
Tracking your parcel
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming your order is being delivered. In most cases, the email will have a Tracking number. If you are worried about the whereabouts of your order, you will be able to view the status of your delivery by visiting the courier website and entering your tracking reference.
If you do not have a Tracking number on your email, please don’t hesitate to give us a call on 020 8943 9333 or email us at sales@unificomms.com the day after you expected to receive your parcel if you still have not received it. We will enquire as to the whereabouts of your parcel and advise you of our findings. Unfortunately, we are unable to check on the status of these parcels on the actual day of delivery, but have to wait until the next day.
Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting. We may need to give our courier your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. This information will not be kept by DPD or used by any other third party.
